Collection: Multimodal MRI of grey matter, white matter, and functional connectivity in cognitively healthy mutation carriers at risk for frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer's disease

Description: This is a result of the region-of-interest analysis of diffusion tensor imaging data using tract-based spatial statistics. The map shows (1 - p) values for differences in mean diffusivity (MD) corrected using threshold-free cluster enhancement (TFCE) where MAPT/GRN carrier-control MD differences are greater than APOE4 carrier-control MD differences.
