Collection: Association of APOE4 and clinical variability in Alzheimer disease with the pattern of tau- and amyloid-PET

Description: This map shows the association between patient age and FTP-PET SUVR values across the cortex. Model controls for disease severity (CDR-SoB). Images were masked with a cortical Gray Matter mask prior to analyses and the spmT map was transformed into an R map using the CAT12 toolbox (http://www.neuro.uni-jena.de/cat/). Negative R values indicate a higher tau-PET signal in younger patients.

Warning: This map seems to be thresholded, sparse or acquired with limited field of view (85.71% of voxels are zeros). Some of the NeuroVault functions such as decoding might not work properly. Please use unthresholded maps whenever possible.
