Collection: Localizing Brain Function Based on Full Multivariate Activity Patterns: The Case of Visual Perception and Emotion Decoding

Description: Mean of unthresholded 1-P (FWE-corrected) maps for the following higher-level TFCE permutation tests. Both positive and negative effects - “dim vs scrambled” - “dim vs neutral” - “dim vs angry” - “dim vs sad” - “dim vs happy” Each of the above block contrasts is derived from 16 subject-level SVM classification models trained with full (brain-wide) gray matter multivariate data.

Warning: This map seems to be thresholded, sparse or acquired with limited field of view (95.98% of voxels are zeros). Some of the NeuroVault functions such as decoding might not work properly. Please use unthresholded maps whenever possible.
