Insular atrophy at the prodromal stage of dementia with Lewy bodies: a VBM DARTEL study

Description: This collection contains gray matter and white voxel-based morphometry statistical maps resulting from non-parametric permutations tests (5000 permutations) with threshold-free cluster enhancement. Age, gender and total intracranial volume were regarded as regressors of non-interest. These maps were corrected for multiple comparisons. The comparisons were (for both gray matter and white matter analyses): patients with dementia with Lewy bodies at the prodromal stage (pro-DLB) < healthy elderly controls; patients with Alzheimer's disease at the prodromal stage (pro-AD) < healthy elderly controls; patients with dementia with Lewy bodies at the prodromal stage (pro-DLB) < patients with Alzheimer's disease at the prodromal stage (pro-AD); patients with Alzheimer's disease at the prodromal stage (pro-AD) < patients with dementia with Lewy bodies at the prodromal stage (pro-DLB); patients with dementia with Lewy bodies at the dementia stage (mild-DLB) < healthy elderly controls; patients with Alzheimer's disease at the dementia stage (mild-AD) < healthy elderly controls; patients with dementia with Lewy bodies at the dementia stage (mild-DLB) < patients with Alzheimer's disease at the dementia stage (mild-AD); patients with Alzheimer's disease at the dementia stage (mild-AD) < patients with dementia with Lewy bodies at the dementia stage (mild-DLB);
