Replicable brain signatures of emotional bias and memory based on diffusion kurtosis imaging of white matter tracts

Description: Using diffusion kurtosis imaging and a battery of cognitive and emotional tests, we present tract-basedmaps of the relationships between white matter structure and five principal components representing cognitive performance. These are corrected for age and gender. The naming of the t-stat maps is as follows: "tbss_stats_[diffusion_contrast]_[principal_component_number]_tstat[direction_of_effect].nii.gz". The diffusion contrast can be one of the following: MKT (mean kurtosis tensor), MK (mean kurtosis), MD (mean diffusivity), KRAD (radial kurtosis), KFA (kurtosis fractional anisotropy), KAX (axial kurtosis), FA (fractional anisotropy), DRAD (radial diffusion), DAX (axial diffusion). The principal component number can be 1-5 - refer to the paper to see the meanings of these. The direction of effect can be either "1" (for positive) or "2" (for negative).
