HMM State 2 unique cortical map, Schaefer100, z-scored

Description: Parcel-wise cortical map of HMM State 2 derived from resting-state fMRI. The map represents the State 2 unique pattern, defined as State 2 minus the mean of the other HMM states, using the Schaefer 100-parcel cortical atlas. Parcel values were z-scored across cortical parcels and projected to MNI152 2-mm volumetric space for functional decoding. The map is unthresholded and intended for Neurosynth functional decoding.
