Collection: Brain mechanisms underlying cue-based memorizing during free viewing of movie Memento
Description: This map shows voxels with significant difference in their BOLD temporal activation between original Memento (condition 1) and chronological Memento (condition 2). We computed inter-subject correlation between all subject-pairs and resulting correlation matrix was analyzed with RSA and k-nearest neighbor classifier (average over k=3,5,7). Correlation matrix was computed as a weighted sum over 15 movies segments that were at least 150s long. Comparison was done for all gray-matter voxels. Two resulting maps (from two methods) were combined by requiring that significant voxels passed p<0.05 (permutation tests, FDR adjusted) for both analyses. This final map shows all those voxels with additional cluster size threshold 20 (clusters smaller than this was considered as spurious).
