Collection: Neural circuitry governing anxious individuals’ mis-allocation of working memory to threat
Description: This is a paired-samples t-test (using AFNI's 3dttest++) using a sub-sample (n=77) from the full sample (n=81) as presented in the manuscript. Subjects completed an independent face ‘localizer’ task, where they passively viewed face or house images (20 600-msec images/block; 12 blocks/condition). The task employed equiluminant, gray-scale faces from the FERET database and house stimuli from prior studies (Bishop et al., 2004 Nat. Neuro).
