Collection: Mapping track density changes in nigrostriatal and extranigral pathways in Parkinson's disease
Description: An optimal white matter mask was generated from all of the track density images using the SPM8 Masking toolbox and the Luo-Nichols anti-mode method of automatic thresholding (Luo and Nichols, 2003 and Ridgway et al., 2009). Permutation testing was performed using Randomise (5000 iterations) with TFCE and the mean-centered total motion index as a nuisance covariate. Only clusters with p < 0.05 after correcting for family-wise error rate were considered statistically significant.
