Collection: Prospective longitudinal atrophy in Alzheimer’s disease correlates with the intensity and topography of baseline tau-PET

Description: PET was acquired with Pittsburg Compound B (PIB) to visualize amyloid deposits in the brain of 32 cognitively impaired patients with Alzheimer's disease (MCI or dementia stage). Individual SUVR were computed in native space using data acquired between 50 and 70 min after tracer injection, and using the cerebellum GM as a reference region (defined using Freesurfer 5.3). The 32 SUVR maps were finally averaged across patients.
