Collection: Prospective longitudinal atrophy in Alzheimer’s disease correlates with the intensity and topography of baseline tau-PET

Description: PET was acquired with Flortaucipir (FTP) to visualize amyloid deposits in the brain of 32 cognitively impaired patients with Alzheimer's disease (MCI or dementia stage). Individual SUVR were computed in native space using data acquired between 80 and 100 min after tracer injection, and using the inferior cerebellum GM as a reference region (defined using Freesurfer 5.3 and reverse normalized cerebellar SUIT atlas). SUVR maps were then averaged across patients.
