Description: In this contrast, we performed a whole brain one-sample t-test (American and Chinese participants combined) for the contrast No_Influence_PM. The contrast represents participants' neural activation when shifting emotional ratings (in the absence of social influence) compared to baseline activity. The parametric modulator (PM) was included in order to track participants' change in initial to final rating.
