Description: This is an adaptation of several existing brain parcellations into one cortical and subcortical atlas. It was designed as a bespoke atlas that was placed into a diffusion tractography pipeline. The atlas employs: 1) Cortical parcellations from the CerebrA manual label correction of the Mindboggle-101 atlas (subcortical and ventricular regions removed). Original paper here: https://doi.org/10.1038/s41593-020-00711-6 3) Two additional subcortical regions (the subthalamic nucleus and the substantia nigra) derived from the DISTAL atlas. Original paper here: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2017.05.015 The atlas is in MNI2009c space. It is LPS oriented.
