Description: Density map of CB1 receptor To calculate a density map, the association between VT from F18-FMPEP-d2 PET scans and H3-CP55940 binding was estimated using a linear regression without intercept, as a null density is expected to yield null binding and the estimated slopes were used to transform VT into density values (Beliveau et al., 2017). Densities in units of femtomole per gram of tissue were converted to picomoles per milllileter using an approximate gray matter density of 1.045 g/ml (DiResta et al., 1991).
