LC FMT ROI

Description: Primary analyses were done on smoothed LC. Eroded LC (i.e. original Dahl ROI) parallel analyses were done to confirm results were not driven by partial volume effects. Primary analyses of raphe were performed on unsmoothed ROI. Parallel analyses of smoothed ROI showed identical results. original raphe ROI source: Doppler, C., Kinnerup, M.
