Language and working memory in frontal and temporal lobe epilepsy

Description: Publication details: Brain. 2022 May 2:awac150. doi: 10.1093/brain/awac150. PMID: 35511160 This collection contains task-related maps pertaining to five cognitive fMRI tasks: verbal fluency (word generation), verb generation (word generation - word repetition, verbal working memory (2 -0 Back), visual working memory (1-0 Back, 2-1 Back). Task descriptions are provided in the manuscript. For each task, we provide: 1) Anonymized SnPM t-maps obtained from one sample t-tests probing task-related effects in controls 2) Anonymized SnPM t-maps obtained from one sample t-tests probing differences between people with frontal lobe epilepsy (FLE) and healthy controls (CTR) 3) Anonymized SnPM t-maps obtained from one sample t-tests probing differences between people with FLE and those with FLE 4)Anonymized SnPM t-maps obtained from one sample t-tests probing differences between people with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) and healthy controls (CTR) The paper that reports on this data collection is available at the following link https://academic.oup.com/brain/advance-article-abstract/doi/10.1093/brain/awac150/6576654 Title: Disorganization of language and working memory systems in frontal versus temporal lobe epilepsy Authors: Lorenzo Caciagli, Casey Paquola, Xiaosong He, Christian Vollmar, Maria Centeno, Britta Wandschneider, Urs Braun, Karin Trimmel, Sjoerd B.
