Social recognition and ghrelin

Description: Participants performed a task in which they encountered reward in the form of social recognition during 3 T functional imaging. Original publication of the social recognition by experts task: Campbell-Meiklejohn et al. 2010, doi: 10.1016/j.cub.2010.04.055. Participants were scanned twice on different days. On one occasion they were fasted on on the other occasion they received a standardized meal before the scanning. On each occasion, plasma ghrelin was measured at three time points
