Social affirmation and ghrelin
Description: Participants performed a task in which they encountered reward in the form of social affirmation during 3 T functional imaging. In detail, participants were presented with complements and neutral statements. Participants were scanned twice on different days. On one occasion they were fasted on on the other occasion they received a standardized meal before the scanning. On each occasion, plasma ghrelin was measured at three time points
