The Response Time Paradox in fMRI: Maps of average RT-based activation across 7 tasks (1-pvalue maps)

Description: These are 1 - pvalue maps that were used to make a conjunction map of RT based activation across ANT(attention network test, N=91), DDT(dicountFix in filename, delay discounting task, N=86), DPX (dot pattern expectancy task, N=91), motorSelectiveStop (motor selective stop signal, N=91), stopSignal (stop signal task, N=91), stroop (N=94), cuedTS (cued task-switching task, N=94). These maps were obtained using randomise's TFCE with 5000 permutations through the following call (edited out full path names to simplify) randomise -i stroop_lev1_contrast_response_time_rtmod_rt_uncentered.nii.gz -o randomise_output_model_one_sampt -m mask.nii.gz -1 -t desmat.con -f desmat.fts -T -n 5000 Used to generate Figure 7 in The Response Time Paradox: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2023.02.15.528677v1
