Altered functional connectivity in posttraumatic stress disorder with versus without comorbid major depressive disorder: a resting state fMRI study

Description: Resting state functional connectivity was investigated between PTSD patients with and without comorbid MDD for the subgenual anterior cingulate and insula. Network masks of positive and negative functional connectivity were applied in the group analyses.
