PET 18F-FDG interregional correlation analysis results on post-COVID patients compared with controls

Description: Description: 188 patients (48.6 ±11.8 years old, 123 women) who underwent brain 18F-FDG PET for post-COVID condition (with no neuropsychiatric antecedents and normal neuropsychological tests) were compared to 120 healthy controls (age- and sex-matched) who underwent brain 18F-FDG PET before the COVID-19 outbreak. An interregional correlation analysis (IRCA) between patients and controls was performed (p-voxel at 0.005 uncorrected) from 3 seed regions determined as hypometabolic (using semi-quantitative analysis at the group level). Analyses were performed at the group level for all patients and then secondarily according to the postinfection delay; 88 and 100 patients, respectively, had a delay of less than or greater than 9 months (±9 M). This collection represents IRCA results observed for the 3 groups and 3 seeds.
