Data-driven parcellation of association and commissural fibers

Description: By combining the functionnectome method with naturalistic stimuli, we reveal the contribution of white matter to brain function. The functionnectome method enables us to examine white matter’s role in functional connectivity by projecting signals from the cortex and subcortical areas onto white matter pathways, using anatomical priors of white matter connectivity. This approach uncovers distinct patterns of functional specialization within association and commissural fibers.
