Rates of cerebral protein synthesis (rCPS) L-Leucine PET template (openneuro: ds004730, ds004731, ds004733)

Description: These are group average images showing cerebral protein synthesis rate in MNI305 space calculated from subject-level processed data published in three openneuro projects (licenses: CC0). Data from 42 subjects were included. Datasets: https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004730/versions/1.0.0; https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004731/versions/1.0.0; https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004733/versions/1.0.0. The subject-level source files are: MNI305: .../derivatives/rcps-modified-petprep/sub-{}/ses-Awake/pet/sub-{}_ses-Awake_space-mni305_pvc-nopvc_desc-ArtIF_rcps.nii.gz" The data for the subjects listed below were downloaded and a simple voxel-wise average was calculated. A smoothed version was added (6mm FWHM).
