Description: Automated term-based meta-analysis used to define a priori regions of interest for a resting-state fMRI study in Parkinson's disease. StudySet: NeuroStore query "reward" (title + abstract), Study Data Type = Coordinates, no additional filters, imported 8 Aug 2026. 2259 records identified, 12 removed as duplicates, 2247 in StudySet, 2162 studies with extractable coordinates (8250 analyses, 59841 foci). No manual curation applied. Algorithm: MKDAChi2, 10 mm kernel, compared against the NeuroStore reference dataset. FDR correction, alpha = 0.01. The association test map is used as an a priori spatial selection criterion for ROI definition, not as a claim about the anatomy of the reward network.
