Description: In the present study, we investigated similarities and differences in the neural correlates of MI and ME for both leg and hand movements. To this aim, machine-learning methods were used to classify different modalities (MI and ME) and movements type (Walking and Grasping) in parcellated fMRI BOLD signal acquired from 23 healthy subjects. The maps are SVM coefficients for the classifications (Grasping vs Walking or MI vs ME for all datasets): The Python scripts used to generate the results are available online at https://github.com/mmenoret/irm_marche/.
