Altered amygdala circuits underlying valence processing among manic and depressed phases in bipolar adults
Description: Repository include three-way interaction statistical maps from two mixed effects models that comprise the principal analyses in the publication. The linear mixed-effects models were conducted on the per-block task-dependent beta estimates and were specified as: voxelwise beta ~ (seed beta * mood phase * task condition) + CSF beta + WM beta, with random intercepts estimated for each subject. Also included are the maps of the residual standard deviation.
