Delay-dependent contributions of medial temporal lobe regions to episodic memory retrieval

Description: This collection contains probabilistic maps of hippocampal head, body, and tail, as well as the perirhinal cortex (PRC) and parahippocampal cortex (PHC), based on the MTL segmentation protocol outlined in Ritchey et al., 2015 and warped into MNI space. Maps were created by taking the average of 55 manually-segmented T1 images (drawn from multiple in-lab datasets) and therefore reflect the likelihood that a given voxel was labeled in a participant (*_group.nii). Masks were created by thresholding the maps at .5, i.e., that voxel was labeled in 50% of participants (*_mask.nii). Segmentations were completed by Maureen Ritchey, Marika Inhoff, Laura Libby, and research assistants working under their supervision.
