NHP tactile stimulation
Description: Dataset contains functional scans from one rhesus macaque (male). The nhp received passive tactile stimulation of individual fingers of his right hand. Each session varied the anesthetic protcol. The currently uploaded data is for session 1: low isoflurane ~0.75% + additional surface coils. We analyzed the evoked patterns of BOLD activation in the primary sensorimotor corticies using multivariate analyses. The images are registered to the NMT99 template.
