Lack of consistent sex differences in d-amphetamine-induced dopamine release measured with [18F]fallypride PET: Dataset 2 Flexible Factorial

Description: We tested via a flexible factorial design in SPM8 for a differences in 18F-Fallypride binding potential (BPND) based on drug session (placebo, d-amphetamine) and sex. Specifically, we tested for main effects of session and saw the expected decrease in BPND on placebo relative to d-amphetamine. We did not detect a significant sex x drug session interaction, suggesting that changes in BPND on d-amphetamine don't vary based on participant sex.
