Elevated perceived threat is associated with reduced hippocampal volume in combat veterans

Description: Voxelwise regression maps generated using FSL of voxel-based morphometry on perceived threat (from the Deployment Risk and Resilience Inventory, DRRI), combat exposure (from the Combat Exposure Scale), and individual symptom clusters from the Clinician-Adminstered PTSD Scale for DSM-IV. Manuscript data are presented for the small-volume corrected amygdala and hippocampus due to a priori hypotheses, but presented here are unthresholded whole-brain regression maps.
