Neurosynth-fmri-for-AllenBrainAtlas-Hippocampus-tissue-samples

Description: This dataset is based on a paper which will be linked as soon as the preprint is ready. Neurosynth connectivity maps were downloaded for each coordinates that had a corresponding hippocampus tissue sample from the Allen Human Brain atlas nearby (within 2mm). In other words, for each tissue sample within the hippocampus (as defined in the paper), we downloaded a whole-brain connectivity map seeding the location of the sample. I could just have had end users go and download these maps themselves, but I think this is easier, and here we make sure we're all using the same maps if we want to reproduce the results.
