Multimodal MRI of grey matter, white matter, and functional connectivity in cognitively healthy mutation carriers at risk for frontotemporal dementia and Alzheimer's disease

Description: In this collection you will find unthresholded statistical maps for the image-based analyses on all subjects that had suitable MRI data available (grey matter and functional connectivity analyses: n=150; white matter analysis n=140). A full description of all analyses (voxel-based morphometry, tract-based spatial statistics, and dual regression for resting-state functional MRI) can be found in the paper, which is currently in press at BMC Neurology (https://doi.org/10.1186/s12883-019-1567-0). For each resting-state network, the network's spatial map is also included and has been thresholded at z=2.3 to improve visualisation.
