Cortical remodelling in childhood is associated with genes enriched for neurodevelopmental disorders

Description: Mean cortical thickness and rank change maps for n=250 cortical parcels of the left hemisphere. Each cortical parcel was ranked based on cortical thickness at either end of the observed timeframe (3.5 and 20.5 years), rank change of each parcel was then calculated such that positive values reflect areas that are becoming relatively thinner over time in comparison to other cortical regions.
