Description: Dataset of N=11 participants with obesity that underwent bariatric surgery. Scanning time Points: 1.) T0 (2 weeks before bariatric surgery) 2.) T1 (8 weeks after bariatric surgery) 3.) T2 (24 weeks after bariatric surgery) Relabilility was analyzed using the fMRELI toolbox ( for SPM and Intraclass Correlation Coefficients i.e. the ICC (1,3)-type to the procedures detailed in We provide Brain Maps containing the Intraclass Correlation Coefficients across the three measurement time points.
