A comprehensive analysis of APOE genotype effects on human brain structure in the UK Biobank
Description: In this collection you find masks (in blue) of four white matter tracts (skeleton of the tracts overlayed in green) where we observed statistically significant differences between APOE genotype groups in an analysis of ~28,000 MRI datasets from the UK Biobank: dorsal cingulum, ventral cingulum, posterior thalamic radiation and sagittal stratum.
