Localized_prediction_of_glutamate_beta_maps

Description: This collection contains partial least squares regression beta weights of models predicting pgACC glutamate and GABA from p32 and p24 FC. All beta weight maps are mapped back to MNI space. Difference maps (p32-p24) are simply beta weight maps of p24 subtracted from those of p32. Elastic net model weights are not uploaded because of the limited number of voxels covered by these maps. These data can be obtained by writing to louise@canlab.de.
