Functional Connectivity Map for dense sample of 30 days

Description: This dataset contains functional connectivity maps calculated from two participants who underwent daily resting-state functional MRI scans for 30 consecutive days. The session-wise functional connectivity map was calculated by correlating the seed region's averaged time series with the time series of all voxels across the entire brain for each session. These maps were then averaged across all sessions for each seed region, which yielded the functional connectivity maps uploaded. The functional connectivity maps contain the seed regions, including the hippocampus, entorhinal cortex, anterior hippocampus, posterior hippocampus, primary motor cortex, and perirhinal cortex.
