Collection: Dopaminergic mechanisms underlying normal variation in trait anxiety
Description: Resting-state functional connectivity with bilateral amygdala as seed region (defined from each participant's freesurfer (v5.1) segmentation. Voxel-wise regression with trait anxiety as a predictor. We measured self-reported anxiety using the Trait component of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI; Spielberger, 2012). Mean trait anxiety was 35.30 (standard deviation = 6.91; range 22-50). The statistical map reflects positive associations between resting-state functional connectivity and STAI.
