Collection: Oxytocin Enhances an Amygdala Circuit Associated With Negative Symptoms in Schizophrenia: A Single-Dose, Placebo-Controlled, Crossover, Randomized Control Trial

Description: This map reflects the Group (schizophrenia vs. healthy control) x Drug (oxytocin vs. placebo) interaction. Specifically, it shows areas for which schizophrenia subjects on oxytocin (minus placebo) had greater amygdala connectivity than controls on oxytocin (minus placebo). Of note, the results in this model control for age, given significant age differences between the groups.
