School > Kindergarten group contrast for Go trials at pretest

Contributed by garvin on Oct. 21, 2016

Collection: Does One Year of Schooling Improve Children’s Cognitive Control and Alter Associated Brain Activation?

Description: To assess whether there were changes in frontoparietal regions across time that differed by group (first-graders, kindergarteners), we first tested for differences between the groups at pretest. Between-subjects mixed-effects analyses were performed with FLAME in FSL to compare the two groups’ activation for correct Go trials using the variable-duration fixation periods as an implicit baseline.
