Collection: Exploring white matter microstructure and the impact of antipsychotics in adolescent-onset psychosis

Description: For contrasting case-control differences, we run voxel-wise statistics for FA using a nonparametric permutation-based approach (FSL, Randomise, 5000 permutations). Age and sex were entered as covariates. All covariates were demeaned. The map shows uncorrected test statistic (see https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Randomise/UserGuide).
