Collection: Brain mechanisms underlying cue-based memorizing during free viewing of movie Memento

Description: This result was obtained using low-level RSA model matrix where we assume high similarity between cue and key-frames (audio-visually identical). Correlation was computed between z-scored (session-wise) BOLD patterns that were obtained by averaging 4 volumes and 6mm radius searchlight (normalized 2mm voxels). Resulting correlation matrix was then compared to the model using (Spearman correlation). Correlation maps from each subject were then entered into Randomize (FSL 5.0) that performed one-sample permutation t-test (5000 iterations) with TFCE multi-comparison correction. Resulting map was thresholded at p<0.01 (positive tail). Map values are mean Spearman correlations with the RSA model matrix.

Warning: This map seems to be thresholded, sparse or acquired with limited field of view (95.62% of voxels are zeros). Some of the NeuroVault functions such as decoding might not work properly. Please use unthresholded maps whenever possible.
