Collection: Brain mechanisms underlying cue-based memorizing during free viewing of movie Memento

Description: This is result for cross-correlation pattern analysis between temporally delayed key-frames using 6mm-radius searchlight patterns. Assumption was that close to delay 0, key-frame pattern correlations increase above zero. This should not happen with chronological Memento that has no repeats (key-frames). Here we computed mean pattern correlations for both versions of the movie, using same delays, and compared mean pattern correlation between movie versions. This is stronger condition than simply testing mean correlation against zero. Statistical test was done using Randomize (FSL 5.0) that performed two-sample permutation t-test (5000 iterations) with TFCE multi-comparison correction. Resulting map was thresholded at p<0.01 (positive tail). Each time-delayed map was threated independently and identically, only difference being the delay that determined which BOLD data volumes were used.
