Collection: Uncoupling protein 2 haplotype does not affect human brain structure and function in a sample of community-dwelling older adults

Description: This is a result of the analysis of diffusion tensor imaging data using tract-based spatial statistics. The map shows (1 - p) values for differences in fractional anisotropy (FA) corrected using threshold-free cluster enhancement (TFCE) where haplotype group 2 shows increased FA compared with haplotype group 3.
