Collection: Uncoupling protein 2 haplotype does not affect human brain structure and function in a sample of community-dwelling older adults

Description: This is a result of the analysis of diffusion tensor imaging data using tract-based spatial statistics. The map shows (1- p) values for differences in mean diffusivity (MD) corrected using threshold-free cluster enhancement (TFCE) where haplotype group 1 shows increased MD compared with haplotype group 2.
