Collection: Uncoupling protein 2 haplotype does not affect human brain structure and function in a sample of community-dwelling older adults

Description: This is a result of the analysis of resting-state fMRI data using dual regression. The map shows (1 - p) values for differences in connectivity with the SMN corrected using threshold-free cluster enhancement (TFCE) where haplotype group 3 shows increased connectivity compared with haplotype group 2.
