Collection: Segregation of the human basal forebrain using resting state functional MRI
Description: Functional correlations of the nucleus basalis of Meynert (NBM, Ch4; Zaborszky et al., 2008). Image derived (via one sample t-test) from single-subject functional correlation Z-maps; single subject maps were derived from multi-echo data using multi-echo independent components regression (ME-ICR, Kundu et al., 2013). This is a partial correlation map -- data at the subject level were orthogonalized with respect to the medial septum/diagonal band of Broca (MS/DB, Ch123; Zaborszky et al., 2008).
