Task x block interaction during approach periods

Contributed by SpaceAndMemory on Jan. 8, 2018

Collection: Linked networks for learning and expressing location-specific threat

Description: Task by block interaction corresponding to greater activity in areas when approaching flowers during threat learning versus approaching objects in the spatial memory task, with a greater difference during the last half compared to first half of the experiment. This interaction showed greater activity in the hippocampus, amygdala, vmPFC and medial parietal areas (including precuneus and retrosplenial cortex).
