Collection: Aging, Dopamine D2 Receptors, and Cognition
Description: Results of regression analysis examining the association between individual differences in long-term memory as measured with the delayed recall portion of the verbal paired associates test and individual differences in dopamine D2 receptor availability as measured with PET and the radioligand [18F]fallypride controlling for age in an adult life-span sample of healthy humans. Regression analysis included the continuous cognitive score (delayed recall) and age as continuous independent variables with dopamine D2-like binding potential as the dependent variable. Data collected at Vanderbilt University in the Zald lab.
