Collection: Head-to-head comparison between plasma p-tau217 and flortaucipir-PET in amyloid-positive patients with cognitive impairment

Description: This is the ouput of a voxelwise interaction model (DV= Flortaucipir SUVR, 80-100 min post injection, ref region: inferior cerebellum | IV = plasma Ptau217, amyloid group (lower verses higher), plasma-217*amyloid group no covariate) in the whole group (n=87, n=43 lower amyloid, n=44 higher amyloid). This map shows areas where association between ptau-217 and Flortaucipir SUVR is more positive in patients with lower amyloid than in patients with higher amyloid. SPM T-Map is thresholded at uncorrected p<0.001 with cluster size > 100 voxels.
